Attach the inboard flap track to the support fitting.

737-300 AND 737-500; Install the swing link between the inboard end of the support beam and the fuselage as follows:
(a)
Install the washers and the shims that you removed.
(b)
Install the bolts and the nuts on the swing link.
(c)
Tighten the two aft bolts to 3500-4000 pound-inches.
(d)
Tighten the forward bolts to 130-180 pound-inches.
(3)
Install the flap transmission (AMM 27-51-71/401).
(4)
Install the flap angle gearbox (AMM 27-51-69/401).

(5) S 414-021-B00Install the flap torque tubes (AMM 27-51-64/401).
(6) S 864-022-B00Remove the supports from the support beam.
(7) S 434-023-B00Install the ground spoiler actuator (Ref 27-62-71/401).
(8) S 434-024-B00Attach all hydraulic tubes to the support beam.
(9) S 434-025-B00Attach all of the electrical wires to the support beam.

Attach the lower wing skin aft of the wheel well to the support beam.

Install the walking beam hanger (Fig. 401).
(a) Install the fitting of the walking beam hanger on the support beam (Fig. 401). 1) If a used support beam is installed, install the fitting
with the shims, bolts, washers and the nuts.
NOTE: Use the same shims that you removed during the
____ removal procedure.
2) Do these steps if a new support beam is installed. a) Use a drill jig to drill holes for the support fitting assembly.
b) Install the fitting assembly.
c) Install the forward bolts, washers and the nuts.
d) Tighten the forward nuts.
e) Install shims between the fitting and the aft part of the beam.
