The IP address should be configured with the IP of the network card linked to clients.
RMI default port is 1099.
FTP default port is 21.

Note: The RMI port is the TCP/IP port that will be used by FODM client to
dialog with FODM Server.
If others applications run on the same server, a different port number
should be allocated between two applications. Sharing the same port for
two running applications on the same server will create conflicts.
FODM and GAS cannot run on same computer.
This filed could be an
IP address or a DNS
hostname.
Note: for a server avoid
using the loopback IP:
127.0.0.1 or “localhost”.
Default RMI port:
1099
Fixed RMI port: 0
(any) or fixed >1024
Default FTP port: 21

First Setup (Distributed) Root Account Infos
One user account will be
created during the first
setup.
It will be granted with root
rights.
The login and password for
this account should be set.
The root account is different from the root or administrator account of the machine.
No special security has been implemented in the login and password crypting process.
This is not an authentication, but an “identification”.

choice to use FODM as XML
editor or an external editor.
FODM offers an internal XML editor. In FODM 7.0 Airline can use an external editor:
Epic.

for using the database.
