Only the same user can check-in and out a document
Check-out lock a Document Unit. It can be edited.
Edit Checked-out document opens the Editor Window.
It enables a user to customize a checked-out document.
Cancel Check-out unlock a document without saving the
changes.
Only the user who checked-in document can cancel the
check-out.
Root user can cancel all checked-out documents.
Check-out and edit is a shortcut to perform the two
tasks with only one click

“ Vizualise” displays the XML code like
a DU editor.
User can view and copy the content.
This function can be
used for copying
between manual
versions.
