“Freeze” manual enables users to shift from the Airline working of the
manual data to the pending.
The pending is a frozen version of the manual. This state permits a
validation prior the Dispatch of the manual.

A successful freeze process launches a publish process on the working.

Freeze a manual will copy all DU in “released” state in the Pending area.
The DU in other states will not be copied.
One exception: if the DU is present in Airline R then it is copied from Airline R area instead
from working area.

During the Freeze of a FODM publishes
the manual in LPC Browser format.
This is possible to add a publication in PDF
format.
You can set the revision date during the Freeze

Pending Manual – Approbation Sheet
You can add an approbation sheet to your
manual in pending state:
Select Pending manual,
Right-click in designed PSL,
Choose “insert approbation sheet
Enter Title and path to the scanned
page coming from the authorities
Special icon is created.

Download Frozen Manual
You can download the manual you have frozen. It
is stored in the server.
Only the last manual version is kept on the server.
