(10) Install the gearbox oil filter cap. Use a new seal washer (TAE part no.
02-6120-16141R1).
(11) Remove the gearbox oil filler plug.

% CAUTION: YOU MUST USE A GEARBOX OIL THAT AGREES WITH THE
% SPECIFICATION IN THE AIRPLANE FLIGHT MANUAL, CHAPTER 2.
(12) Fill the gearbox with 1 liter (1.06 US qts) of new
gearbox oil.
Refer to Section 12-10.
Check oil level through gearbox oil level
window.
(13) Install the gearbox oil filler plug. Use a new seal washer.
(14) Do an engine run.
(15) Do a propeller control test. Refer to Section 71-01, Paragraph 3.
(16) Check for oil leakage.
(17) Install the engine cowlings. Refer to Section 71-11.

(1) Set ELECTRIC MASTER key switch to ON.
(2) Connect laptop computer to CAN data connector
on TAE harness with CAN interface.
CAUTION: IF AN EVENT IS STORED, REFER TO THE ENGINE
MANUFACTURER. FURTHER FLIGHT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE.
(3) Read event log of ECU. Refer to TAE Operation and Maintenance
Manual OM-02-01, Chapter 5, Annex 10.
(4) Set ELECTRIC MASTER key switch to OFF.
(5) Disconnect laptop computer from CAN data
connector on TAE harness.
