(1) Remove the left or right surge tank access door, 543AB or 643AB (AMM 28-11-03/401).

WARNING:_______BE CAREFUL WITH A CLOSED PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE. IF THE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE MOVES QUICKLY, IT CAN CAUSE INJURY.
(2)
Remove the four mounting bolts that hold the pressure relief valve to the surge tank access door.
(3)
Remove the pressure relief valve.

Make sure the surfaces on the pressure relief valve and the surge tank access door that the O-ring touches are clean and not damaged.
S 432-006

Install a new O-ring which is hydrocarbon fuel resistant.
