a) MAKE A THREE SIXTY TURN LEFT (or RIGHT) [reason]; b) ORBIT LEFT (or RIGHT) [reason]; c) MAKE ALL TURNS RATE ONE (or RATE HALF, or (number) DEGREES PER SECOND) EXECUTE INSTRUCTIONS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT; d) TURN LEFT (or RIGHT) NOW; e) STOP TURN NOW.

a) RADAR CONTROL TERMINATED [DUE (reason)]; b) RADAR SERVICE TERMINATED (instructions); c) WILL SHORTLY LOSE IDENTIFICATION (appropriate instructions or information); d) IDENTIFICATION LOST [reasons] (instructions).
