% A. Remove the Strike Finder Display %
Detail Steps/Work Items Key Items/References
(1) Remove the instrument panel cover. Refer to Section 25-10.
(2) Open the STRIKE circuit-breaker.
(3) Disconnect the connector from the rear of the strike finder display.
(4) Remove the screws which attach the strike finder display to the panel. Hold the instrument!
(5) Remove the strike finder display from the panel.

(1) Put the strike finder display in position in the panel.
(2) Install the screws which attach the strike finder display to the panel.
(3) Connect the connector to the rear of the strike finder display.
(4) Install the instrument panel cover. Refer to Section 25-10.
(5) Close the STRIKE circuit-breaker.
(6) Do a test of the strike finder system. Refer to Paragraph 4.

(1) Remove the trim/cover from the front face of the baggage compartment frame. Pull the rear seat-backs forward.
(2) Open the STRIKE circuit breaker.
(3) Disconnect the connector of the strike finder sensor.
(4) Remove the screws which attach the strike finder sensor to the fuselage. Hold the sensor!
(5) Remove the strike finder sensor from the fuselage.

(2) Install the screws which attach the strike finder sensor to the fuselage.
(3) Connect the connector of the strike finder sensor.

(5) Install the trim/cover to the front face of the baggage compartment frame.
(6) Do a test of the strike finder system. Refer to Paragraph 4.

(1) Switch the Strike Finder ON: S Set the ALT/BAT switch ON. S Set the AVIONIC MASTER switch ON.
(2) Observe three sunburst display test sequences. All display pixels must be visible.
(3) The software revision number must appear in the lower left corner for a few seconds.
(4) The test status indicator or 'walking dot' must appear at this time.
(5) Switch the strike finder OFF: S Set the AVIONIC MASTER switch OFF. S Set the ALT/BAT switch OFF.
