28 VDC Provides 28 VDC power source for medical equipment.
4.12.7 Overhead Control Panel. Two overhead con-trol panels (Figure 4-24) are provided (one for each side of the aircraft) to control of the lighting and suction systems and master lift controls. Except for the EMERGENCY STOP switch, the controls only affect the systems on one side of the aircraft. The suction, lighting, and lift controls on the left control panel affect the associated systems on the left side only, likewise the right control panel controls the right side only. The EMERGENCY STOP switches stop all litter lifts. Control and functions are further de.ned:

Stops motion of all litter platforms.
Allows normal platform operation.
Moves the forward and aft end of the upper litter platform up or down.

NOTE
When operating the lifts from this panel, the side control panel lift controls are disabled.
Turns the suction pump ON or OFF on the side associated with the control panel.
Controls the brightness of the associated lights.
Turns overhead lights ON or OFF.
Turns side panel lights ON or OFF.
4.12.8 Medical Cabinet. A modular medical cabinet (Figure 4-25) is located between the troop seats at the aft bulkhead. The cabinet contains provisions for twelve three inch medical equipment storage drawers or a mix of three inch and six inch drawers. The top drawer may be locked for storage of controlled items. The bottom drawer is dedi-cated for disposal of Waste and BioHazard material. A quick access hold down door is located in the center of the
