(1)
Align the seat with the screw holes and install the screws.

(2)
Examine the attendant-seat-restraint attachment and the inertia reel as follows:
(a)
Engage the attendant-restraint end fittings to the anchor points.
(b)
Replace the back cushions and the head rest. Make sure there is sufficient clearance (approximately 0.25 inch) between the head rest and the shoulder harness for free movement of the shoulder harness.
(c)
Quickly pull on the shoulder harness and make sure that the inertia reel locks.

Remove and keep the back cushions and the headrest.
(b)
Engage the attendant-restraint end fittings to the anchor points.
(c)
Replace the back cushions and the head rest. Make sure there is sufficient clearance (approximately 0.25 inch) between the head rest and the shoulder harness for free movement of the shoulder harness.
(d)
Quickly pull on the shoulder harness and make sure the inertia reel locks.

FLOOR COVERING - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains four tasks:
(1)
The first task is the procedure to remove the carpet from the passenger cabin.
(2)
The second task is the procedure to install the carpet to the passenger cabin.
(3)
The third task is the procedure to remove and install the carpet at the sidewall.
(4)
The fourth task is the procedure to remove and install the floor mat at the doorway.

Pull up on the carpet edges to release the carpet from the doubleback tape.
(4)
Remove the carpet.

If you remove more than one carpet, make a mark on the carpet to identify the initial position of the carpet.
