1. General_______
A. This procedure contains these tasks:
(1)
A task for the replacement of the lamps in the wing illumination lights.
(2)
A task for the adjustment of the wing illumination lights.

200 Upper Half of the Fuselage
C. Lamp Replacement

(1) Open each applicable circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) On main power distribution panel, P6.

(2)
Remove the lens and lamp retainer.
(3)
Carefully replace the lamp.

(4)
Install the lamp retainer and the lens.

D. Lamp Test

(1) Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

(2) S 862-032Remove each DO-NOT-CLOSE tag. (a) Close each circuit breaker that was opened.
(3) S 712-044Set the switch to the on position. (a) Make sure the new lamp comes on correctly.
(4) S 862-043Set the switch to the usual position.
(5) S 862-045Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

C. Procedure

(1) Do these steps to do the adjustment:
(a)
Loosen the screws on the lens.
(b)
Remove the lens from the light assembly. 1) Let the lens assembly hang from its lanyard.
(c)
Loosen the four lamp adjustment screws on the lamp bracket.
(d)
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
(e)
Make sure this circuit breaker is closed:
1) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel a) 6L33 WING ILLUM LTS
(f)
Put the WING switch on the P5 panel to ON.
