B. The incandescent lights operate with 28 volts ac. The flourescent lights operate with 115 volts ac.
C. The lights are controlled with a switches in the crew rest area. There are switches on the lighting control panel and each handset. During decompression, the sidewall lights come on and stay on.

The sidewall lights are installed above the windows.
(2)
Direct ceiling lights are in the ceiling of the entry area.
(3)
The overhead and reading lights are installed in the ceiling.

(1) Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

(2) Do a test of each reading light. (a) At each handset, set the switch for the reading lights to the on position. 1) Make sure each reading light comes on correctly. (b) Set each switch to the off position. 1) Make sure each reading light goes off.

(3) Do a test of the crew rest lights.
NOTE: The crew rest lights include the sidewall lights, the____ overhead light, and the direct ceiling lights. (a) At each handset, set the switch for the crew rest lights to the on position. 1) Make sure the crew rest lights come on correctly.

At the lighting control panel, set each switch for the crew rest lights to the off position. 1) Make sure the crew rest lights go off.

At the lighting control panel, set each switch for the crew rest lights to the on position.
(d)
Make sure the crew rest lights come on again.
(e)
At each handset, set the switch to the off position. 1) Make sure the crew rest lights go off again.
