A. Installation of the CONTROLLER - IFE
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (1).
(4)
Make sure that the electrical connectors (1) are clean and in the correct condition.
(5)
Install the CONTROLLER - IFE (5) in its rack (2).
(6)
Push the CONTROLLER - IFE (5) on its rack (2) to connect the electrical connectors (1).
(7) Engage the nuts (3) on the lugs (4) and tighten. Subtask 23-33-37-865-053
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 7XN2

C. Do the BITE test of the IFE CENTER (Ref. TASK 23-33-00-740-002).

A. Removal of the SERVER - IFE
(1)
Loosen the nuts (3).
(2)
Lower the nuts (3).
(3)
Pull the SERVER - IFE (5) on its rack (2) to disconnect the electrical connectors (1).
(4)
Remove the SERVER - IFE (5) from its rack (2).
(5)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors (1).
