Each holder of an airline air operator certificate (air transport operation or commercial transport operation)
shall ensure that each of its turbine-powered aeroplanes with a certificated seating capacity of more than
30 passenger seats or greater than 15 000 kg maximum certificated take-off weight is equipped with a
ground proximity warning system meeting the requirements of the TSO-C92 series.
