Fit the track fitting saver cover (75) to the track fitting assembly (50) in order to protect the studs.

C. Assembly of the Frame Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 17)
(1)
Attach the center spreader assemblies (25, 30) to the beams (5, 10) with the bolts (40) and nuts (45). Apply Loctite.-271 to the threads protruding out of the end of the nuts (45).
NOTE: Torque the bolts (40) 70-80 IN-LB.
(2)
Attach the leg assemblies (50) to the beams (5, 10) with the bolts (55), washers (60), and nuts (65).
(3)
Attach the aisle and outboard spreader assemblies (20, 25, 30, 35) to the beams (5, 10) with the bolts (40) and nuts (45). Apply Loctite.-271 to the threads protruding out of the end of the nuts (45).
NOTE: Torque the bolts (40) to 70-80 IN-LB.
D. Installation of the Baggage Bar (Refer to IPL FIG 16)
(1)
Attach the baggage bar (5) to the frame assembly.
(2)
Attach the screw (65), bushing (-70), washer (75), and nut (80).
(3)
Attach the screw (60).
(4)
Attach the screw (45), washer (50), and nut (55).
(5)
Attach the doubler (10), with screws (15, 25), washers (20, 30), and nuts (35, 40).
E. Installation of the SEB (Refer to IPL FIG 15)
(1)
Attach the mux plate assembly (60, -60A) to the leg assembly with the screws (65), bushings (70) and nuts (75).
(2)
Install the SEB (55).
(3)
Connect and route the harness (5) through the frame assembly, attaching the lock straps (10), stand-off panduits (15), cable sleeve (25), and cable ties (20), as required.
(4)
Install the SEB shroud assembly (30) into position and quarter turn the studs (-35).

F. Installation of the Life Vest Pouch (Refer to IPL FIG 14)
(1)
Install the mount bracket assembly (5) onto the frame assembly with the lock straps (10).
(2)
Attach the life vest pouch assembly (15) by engaging the hook-and-pile fastenings.
G. Assembly of the Foodtray Pivot Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 13)
(1)
Install the foodtray swivel assembly (10) to the foodtray pivot assembly (5) with the spacers (15, 20), washer (25), and nut (30).
(2)
Install the set screws (35).
H. Assembly of the Endbay Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 12)
(1)
Install the nutplates (250, 260, 270) on to the endbay panels (185, -185A, 190, -190A) with the rivets (255, 265, 275).
(2)
Install the panel attach bracket (290) with the rivet (295) and washer (300).
