Remove the peanut tray assemblies (50, 55) by removing screw (60) and washer (65), washer / spacer (70, 75), spacer bushing (80) and pivot bushing (85).

Remove the screws (170).

If applicable, remove the latch assemblies (355);

Remove the latch plate (370) from the console by removing the screws (375), nuts (390), washers (385), and nut plate (380).

Remove the latch (350) from the latch plate (355) by removing the pin (360) and spring (365).

Remove the side shrouds (155, 160) by removing the plastic rivets (165).
K. Removal and Disassembly of the Foodtray Assembly (Refer to IPL FIGS 9 and 10)
(1)
Remove the foodtray assembly (9-5) from the endbay by removing the pin (9-10).
(2)
Remove the set screws (10-40) and slide cap (10-45) from the slide plate (10-35).
(3)
Separate the outer foodtray leaf assembly (10-5) and the inner foodtray leaf assembly (10-10) by removing the pins (10-20), and hinges (10-15).
(4)
Remove the screws (10-65) and the slide rod retainers (10-60) and separate the slide plate assembly (10-30), O-rings (10-50), and slide rod (10-55).

Remove the foodtray lift handle (10-70) by removing the screws (10-75).

L. Endbay Removal (Refer to IPL FIG 11)
(1)
Disconnect and unroute the control lines (REF IPL FIG 12, Item 35).
(2)
Remove the endbay assembly (5) by removing the bolts (10), screw (15), cover (-20) and pile fastening (-25).
(3)
Carefully lift the endbay assembly (5) away from the frame assembly.
M. Disassembly of the Endbay Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 12)
(1)
Remove the armcap assembly (5, -5A) by removing the screws (10) and washers (15).
(2)
Remove the upper heelcap (45) by removing the screws (50).
(3)
Remove the endbay escutcheon (60) by removing the screws (65, 70).
(4)
Remove the frontcap rubstrip (55) by firmly pressing down on the upper tab and unhooking it from the endbay assembly.
(5)
Remove the rearcap rubstrip (85) by removing the screws (90).
(6)
Remove the endbay rubstrip (75, 75A) by sliding the rubstrip forward to disengage the screws (80) from the keyways.
(7)
Remove the screw (145).
(8)
Remove the mechanical control (35) and recline control (-40). (Refer to REPAIR, Page Block 6000).
(9)
Remove the inner endbay panel (130, -130A) by removing plastic rivets (135,140) and disengaging the hook-and-loop fastenings.
