Remove the cap shroud, lower (95, -95A) and outer shroud (100, -100A) by removing the screws (125), hinge stop (120) and plastic rivets (105, 110). Disengage the hook-and-pile fastenings.

Remove the pivot assembly (200, -200A) by removing the bolt (205), washer / spacer (210), washer (215) and nut (220).

N. Disassembly of the Foodtray Pivot Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 13)
(1) Remove the foodtray swivel assembly (10) from the foodtray pivot assembly (5) by removing the spacers (15, 20), washer (25), and nut (30).
(2) Remove the set screws (35).
P. Life Vest Pouch Removal (Refer to IPL FIG 14)
(1) Remove the life vest pouch (15) by disengaging the hook-and-pile fastenings.
(2) Remove the mount bracket assembly (5) by cutting lock straps (10).
Q. SEB Removal (Refer to IPL FIG 15)
(1) Remove the shroud assembly, SEB (30) by quarter turning the studs (-35).
(2) Disconnect and unroute the harness (5) back to the SEB (55) by removing the lock straps (10), stand-off panduits (15), cable sleeve (25), and cable ties (20) as required.
(3) Remove the SEB (55).
(4) Remove the mux plate assembly (60, -60A) from the leg assembly by removing the screws (65), bushings (70), and nuts (75).
R. Baggage Bar Removal (Refer to IPL FIG 16)
(1) Remove the doubler (10), screws (15, 25), washers (20, 30), and nuts (35, 40).
(2) Remove the screw (45), washer (50), and nut (55).
(3) Remove the screw (60).
(4) Remove the screw (65), bushing (-70), washer (75), and nut (80).
(5) Rotate and lift the baggage bar (5) clear off the frame assembly.
S. Disassembly of the Frame Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 17)
(1) Remove the outboard spreader assemblies (20, 25) from the beams (5, 10) by removing the bolts (40) and nuts (45). Slide the spreader assemblies (20, 25) clear off the beams (5, 10).

Remove the leg assemblies (50) from the beams (5, 10) by removing the bolts (55), washers (60) and nuts (65). Slide the leg assemblies (50) clear off the beams (5, 10).

Remove the center spreader assemblies (30, 35) from the beams (5, 10) by removing the bolts (40) and nuts (45). Slide the spreader assemblies (30, 35) clear off the beams (5, 10).
