Remove the spring assemblies (115) by removing the screws (120) and washers (125).

Remove the headrest friction blocks (135) by removing the screws (140), washers (145), springs (150), and spacers (155).
(7)
Remove the roller support bracket (130) and the roller assemblies (160, 165) by removing the covers (190), screws (170), stop assembly (175), washers (180), and spacers (185).
F. Seatpan Removal (Refer to IPL FIG 5)
(1) Remove the seatpan assemblies (5) from the backrest assembly by removing the screws (10), washers (15), bushings (20), and washer / spacers (25).
G. Disassembly of the Seatpan Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 6)
(1)
Disconnect the bottom diaphragm assembly (5) from the welded seatpan assembly (45) by disengaging the hook-and-pile fastening (20, -25, -30).
(2)
Remove the diaphragm support tube (35) from the pivot arms (50, 55) and slide the bottom diaphragm assembly (5) clear off the support tube. Remove the plug caps (40).
(3)
Remove the bottom diaphragm loop assembly (10) and contour foam pad assembly (15) from the welded seatpan assembly (45).
(4)
Remove the pivot arms (50, 55) by removing the screws (60), washers (65), and nuts (70).
H. Center Console Removal (Refer to IPL FIG 7)
(1)
Disconnect and unroute the harnesses.
(2)
Remove the center console assembly (5) by removing the screws (10) and washers (15).
(3)
Lift the center console assembly (5) clear off the seat assembly.

J. Disassembly of the Center Console Assembly (Refer to IPL FIG 8)
(1)
Remove the heelcap (5) by removing screw (15) and pushing upwards to remove the screws (10) out of the keyways.
(2)
Remove the armcap assembly (140) from the center console by removing screw
(150) and sliding the armcap back and lifting away from screws (145).
(3)
Remove the PCUs (40, -45).
(4)
Remove the cocktail table assembly (20) by removing screws (35), sliding the cocktail table assembly forward and lifting screws (25) out of the keyways.
