1. Parking_______
A. General
(1) Normal, prolonged, and highwind parking procedures can be found in subjects 10-11-00, 10-12-00, and 10-13-00.
2. Mooring_______
A. General
(1) The airplane is designed to withstand high velocity ground winds from any angle without mooring. However, when high winds are anticipated extra care is advised. Mooring procedures can be found in subject 10-21-00.

A. This procedure contains the instructions to park an airplane.

2. Airplane Parking________________
A. General
(1)
Static port covers are recommended when the airplane is parked for more than a standard turnaround.
(2)
Failure to remove covers from pitot static probes or coverings from static ports before flight may cause large errors in airspeed-sensing and altitude-sensing signals, which may lead to loss of safe flight.
