曝光台 注意防骗 网曝天猫店富美金盛家居专营店坑蒙拐骗欺诈消费者

WARNING:  MAKE SURE ALL PERSONNEL AND OBSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR OF AILERON, ELEVATOR, OUTBOARD SPOILERS AND RUDDER SYSTEMS. SURFACES AND CONTROLS MAY MOVE ABRUPTLY WHEN HYDRAULIC POWER IS APPLIED.

(2)
Assure that all autopilot and associated circuit breakers are closed.

C.  Test Aileron Solenoid Valve
(1)
Engage autopilot AIL engage switch.

(2)
Rotate control wheel left, then right, then center control wheel. Note increase in pressure required to move control wheel and check that left aileron moves up, then down then returns to center with control wheel. Observe that autopilot does not disengage.

(3)
Disengage autopilot and check that control column/wheel moves easily with less pressure required than with autopilot engaged.

(4)
Remove electrical and hydraulic power if no longer required.

A/P ACTUATOR SOLENOID AND TRANSFER VALVES - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
EFFECTIVITY
SA ZS-SIA and on SD ST-AIB and on WA N235WA-N241WA GJ B-2509 and B-2510
1.  General
A.  Solenoid and transfer valves are identical on all A/P actuators. The following procedures are applicable to each valve.
2.  Equipment and Materials
A.  Fire resistant hydraulic fluid, BMS 3-11
3.  Remove Valve (Fig. 401)
A.  Depressurize hydraulic system A and B (Ref Chapter 27, Aileron and Aileron Trim Control System - Maintenance Practices or Elevator and Tab Control System - Maintenance Practices).
WARNING:  PRESSURIZING HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS WILL SUPPLY POWER TO RUDDER, AILERON, ELEVATOR, SPOILER AND SPEED BRAKE SYSTEMS. CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN TO ISOLATE OR TAG SYSTEMS NOT BEING TESTED TO PREVENT INJURY TO PERSONNEL OR DAMAGE TO AIRPLANE AND EQUIPMENT.
B.  Open autopilot AC circuit breakers on P6 and P18 load control centers.
C.  Gain access to A/P aileron actuators by folding back tire burst protection screens in left wheel well (Ref Chapter 27, Tire Burst Screen Doors - Maintenance Practices).
D.  Gain access to A/P elevator actuators by removing access panel 3802 (Ref Chapter 12, Access Doors and Panels).
E.  Remove lockwiring and mounting screws; remove valve, seal plate and O-ring.
F.  Cover all openings.
4.  Install Valve
A.  Wipe seal plate clean and verify O-ring is satisfactory, replace if necessary.
B.  Lubricate O-ring with hydraulic fluid, position O-ring, seal plate and valve and install mounting bolts.
C.  Tighten mounting bolts 50-70 lb-in and lockwire.
D.  Provide electrical power.
E.  Pressurize hydraulic systems A and B (Ref Chapter 27, Aileron and Aileron Trim Control System - Maintenance Practices or Elevator and Tab Control System - Maintenance Practices) and check for hydraulic leaks.
WARNING:  MAKE SURE ALL PERSONNEL AND OBSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR OF AILERON, ELEVATOR AND TAB SURFACES. SURFACES MAY MOVE ABRUPTLY WHEN HYDRAULIC POWER IS APPLIED.
F.  Test valve (Ref A/P Actuator Solenoid and Transfer Valves - Adjustment/Test).
G.  Replace tire burst protection screens or install access panel.
H.  Remove electrical and hydraulic power if no longer required.

A/P ACTUATOR SOLENOID AND TRANSFER VALVES - ADJUSTMENT/TEST
EFFECTIVITY
SA ZS-SIA and on SD ST-AIB and on WA N235WA-N241WA GJ B-2509 and B-2510
1.  Solenoid and Transfer Valves Test
A.  General
(1)  The following procedures are used to test any of the solenoid or transfer valves and to confirm that operation of the A/P actuator is normal.
B.  Prepare to Test
(1)
Provide electrical and hydraulic power.

(2)
Check that hydraulic system A and B switches on P5 panel are positioned to ON and that FLT CONT SYS circuit breaker on P6 load control center is closed.

WARNING:  MAKE SURE ALL PERSONNEL AND OBSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR OF AILERON, ELEVATOR AND TAB SURFACES. SURFACES MAY MOVE ABRUPTLY WHEN HYDRAULIC POWER IS APPLIED.

(3)
Close all autopilot, attitude, compass and air data systems circuit breakers on P6 and P18 load control centers.

C.  Test Valves
(1)
Place autopilot A (or B as applicable) engage switch to CWS. Observe that CWS ROLL and CWS PITCH is annunciated.
