3.7  If SAPOL wishes to retrofit the Jump Door after expiry of the Option Price, then Supplier may either revalidate the Price for a further period (to be agreed at the time), or submit a new Retrofit Price. Supplier shall provide information to substantiate any change in the Retrofit Price.
3.8  Warranty in accordance with clause 9 of the Agreement shall commence upon installation and acceptance of the Jump Door, as follows:
3.8.1  7 Year, 5000 Hour Airframe Warranty - door structural parts; 
3.8.2  2 Year, 2000 Hour System Warranty - door mechanical and electrical systems, door and window seals, door interior finish, and door exterior paint

PILATUS PC - 12 NEW AIRCRAFT LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
Applicable to PC-12 Aircraft Serial Number: 772 (the “Aircraft”)
GENERAL
Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Pilatus”) warrants that the Aircraft is free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods defined in this Pilatus PC-12 New Aircraft Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”).
This Warranty applies only to the Aircraft identified by the Aircraft serial number specified in this Warranty and Pilatus-installed options, accessories and items of equipment or components included thereon at the time of Delivery by Pilatus, subject to the conditions, exclusions and procedural requirements specified herein.
This Warranty is for the coverage by Pilatus of a proven defect which existed at the date of the Delivery of the Aircraft or which is detected and reported during the Warranty period.
ACTIVATION AND EFFECTIVITY
This Warranty becomes activated and effective as of the date of Delivery of the Aircraft to the Owner of Record upon submission of a completed and signed Warranty Activation/Ownership Transfer Form to Pilatus. Upon receipt thereof, Pilatus shall:
a) Activate the Aircraft Warranty in the name of the Owner of Record; b) Notify the manufacturers of the engine, propeller, avionics and other major components installed in the Aircraft; and
c)  Forward a certified copy of the Warranty policy for the Aircraft to the Owner of Record.
PROVISIONS
This Warranty shall remain in effect from the date of activation as follows:
a)  7 year / 5000 Hour Airframe Warranty - seven (7) years or five thousand (5,000) hours of Aircraft operation, whichever term expires first, for Aircraft structural components and assemblies as defined in Table 1 within this Warranty.
