2.6.2 Support and handling equipment
The Supplier shall deliver a Compressor Wash Rig as part of the aircraft Induction into Service, and shall train and endorse SAPOL pilots and other CASA approved persons (up to four persons) on its use.
The Supplier shall deliver an aircraft tow-bar suitable for fitting to a tow tug with a 50mm towing pin.
The Supplier shall deliver a retractable tow-bar capable of being stowed in the aircraft during flight.
The Supplier shall deliver a complete set of chocks, tie down restraints, control surface restraints, engine blanks and instrument blanks.
2.7 Introduction into service
2.7.1 Factory release test
Supplier shall provide details of the production and factory release test program that will apply to the aircraft, in accordance with its usual production schedule. SAPOL reserves the right to attend any or all of the scheduled tests.
The Supplier shall weigh the aircraft prior to delivery (Bare Empty Weight (BEW)), and provide calculations to validate all Agreement payload and range obligations.
The Supplier shall identify the individual weights of all removable cabin fittings (seats, removable cargo lockers etc…) so that the BEW is known for four (4) different cabin configurations (which shall be determined in consultation with SAPOL operational staff).
2.7.2 Aircraft ferry
The Supplier shall deliver the aircraft to Adelaide Airport, South Australia.
2.7.3 Aircraft induction
Final delivery and acceptance shall take place at Adelaide Airport. The Supplier shall prepare and conduct an induction program to verify any acceptance criteria not previously met at factory release test.
The Supplier shall demonstrate to SAPOL at Adelaide Airport that all mission equipment and designated SAPOL equipment is installed and operational prior to submitting the aircraft for final delivery and acceptance.
The Supplier shall liaise with the SAPOL Chief Pilot and the CASA District Inspector to ensure that all regulatory certificates and approvals are in place prior to offering up the aircraft for final delivery and acceptance.
2.7.4 Contractor technical support The Supplier shall provide technical support (flight crew and maintenance crew as required) for the final acceptance and induction process in Adelaide.
2.8 Facilities
2.8.1 Maintenance facilities
Supplier shall procure the services of Premiair Aviation Maintenance Pty Ltd, James Schofield Drive, Adelaide Airport, for the provision of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the first 1,000 flying hours, which shall include:

Airframe maintenance

Engine maintenance
3.
Avionics and instrument maintenance
4.
Communications equipment maintenance
Unscheduled maintenance shall be provided at the hourly labour rate stated in Schedule 3, Part 5.
Supplier shall procure the maintenance services and Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) on a 24 hour, 7 day a week availability.
