2.4.2  Training services – pilot training
The Supplier shall provide aircraft conversion training for two (2) SAPOL pilots in Adelaide, including access to Supplier’s aircraft.  The Training is to be completed prior to the Factory Acceptance Test. 
Conversion training shall include a five-day Ground Course and Flight Training duration of five days for each pilot, and one (1) check flight for each pilot. Up to two additional SAPOL staff may attend all or part of the Ground Course for familiarisation purposes only, but not as a course student seeking flight certification.
Additional flight and/or ground school training, should it be required, will be charged at the rates shown in Schedule 3, Part 5.
The Supplier shall deliver a Pilot Training Plan within 60 days of the Commencement Date. The Training Plan shall include:

Supplier shall facilitate access to approved check and training captains located in Australia. Agreement arrangements for check and training services will be subject to negotiation of rates and times, and may include Agreement arrangements between SAPOL and approved third parties.
2.4.3  Training services – maintainer training Supplier warrants that the maintainer(s) nominated in Paragraph 2.8.1 has received accredited training from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd, and maintains all approvals needed to carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the aircraft.
2.5 Data
2.5.1 Technical publications
The aircraft shall be supplied with one copy of the following approved printed documents:

Aircraft Conformance Document

2.
Set of Wiring Manuals

3.
Log Books for Aircraft, Engine, and Propeller

4.
Propeller Operators Manual

5.
Set of Original Equipment Manufacturer Warranties.


2.5.2 Maintenance data
The aircraft shall be supplied with one printed set of manuals and one electronic set (CD-ROM).
The Maintenance Manual shall include:

Aircraft Flight Manual

2.
Aircraft Maintenance Manual

3.
Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue

4.
Aircraft Service Letters

5.
Aircraft Service Bulletins

6.
Engine Maintenance Manual

7.
Engine Illustrated Parts Catalogue


The Supplier shall provide the necessary revisions and deliver all data listed in paragraph 2.5.2 for a period of two years from the date of acceptance into service.
The Supplier shall on completion of the two year period, facilitate access to a Data Subscription Service for ongoing data support, which shall be subject to separate contract arrangements using prices prevailing at the time.
