Supplier shall manage the Plan for the first 1,000 flying hours, and shall liaise with SAPOL personnel to ensure all scheduled and maintenance events are carried out expeditiously and with a minimum interruption to SAPOL’s operations.
Supplier shall reasonably assist SAPOL in on-going management of the Maintenance Plan, after the first 1,000 flying hours, subject to separate contractual arrangements.
2.5.4 Engineering data
The Supplier shall provide, on request and subject to SAPOL signature of a Confidentiality Agreement with Supplier, engineering data, including design data, test and evaluation reports, modification and certification data so that SAPOL is kept aware of all engineering activity under the Agreement.
The Supplier remains at all times the design approval agency for the aircraft. Engineering data submitted to SAPOL is provided for information or endorsement purposes only.
2.5.5 Management data
The Supplier shall provide a monthly progress report for the duration of the production schedule. This report shall contain information on the following topics:

Production progress to date
2.
Major milestones achieved
3.
Slippage and schedule recovery analysis
4.
Forecast schedule to complete
5.
Commercial summary including earned value and cash-flow forecast
6.
Risk management and risk mitigation activity
7.
Quality assurance progress summary
8.
contractual compliance summary
9.
Key person continuation or succession planning
10.
Training program summary
2.6 Support equipment
2.6.1 Tools and test equipment
The Supplier has provided details of tools and test equipment required to service and maintain the aircraft (Schedule 2 Annex 3). Information has been provided for:
1.
Flight line maintenance and general operation
2.
Intermediate level maintenance
3.
Depot level maintenance
4.
Factory maintenance
Supplier shall make these tools and test equipment available for support of the aircraft during the first 1,000 flying hours.
Supplier shall thereafter facilitate access to the tools and test equipment, or shall facilitate purchase as required, at commercial rates applicable at the time, and subject to separate contractual arrangements for on-going support.
