Pilatus Corporate Commuter Interior Code STD-9S (Seat Locations) shall apply.
1.3.2 Freight carriage
The aircraft shall be capable of carrying operational equipment and miscellaneous freight, including livestock (e.g. dog squad).
The Supplier shall deliver a standard PC-12 Cargo Kit P-N500-20.12.053 containing cargo nets, cargo restraints, and tie-downs.
2. Replacement aircraft
2.1 Aircraft
The aircraft shall be in the less than 5,700 kg category.
The aircraft shall be certified for single pilot Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Charter operations.
The aircraft shall be approved for flight into known or forecast icing conditions, and shall include the following ice and rain protection:

Wing leading edge pneumatic de-icing boots.

Horizontal stabiliser pneumatic de-icing boots

.
 Windshield electrical anti-icing

.
Engine inlet exhaust gas anti-icing

.
Propeller blades electrical anti-icing boots

.
Pitot-static probe electrical anti-icing

.
Stall warning sensor electrical anti-icing

The aircraft shall be capable of normal cruise speed of at least 210 knots True Air Speed (TAS) at normal cruise power settings.
The aircraft shall be capable of operating from gravel or grass runways 600 metres in length.
The aircraft shall be fitted with the following exterior lights:

Two (2) strobe lights

Two (2) landing lights

.
Wing icing inspection light (LH)

.
 Taxi light

.
Two (2) navigation lights

.
 Tail light

.
Two (2) red flashing beacons

.
Recognition lights with Pulselite recognition

The aircraft shall be a Pilatus PC-12/47 with the Serial Number 772.
2.1.1 Airframe and cabin
The aircraft shall be fitted with a standard cargo door and must be
Certificated and approved for flight with a standard cargo door.
The aircraft shall be capable of being fitted with a Jump Door and shall
be Certificated and approved for flight with the Jump Door open.

SAPOL has the option to purchase an In-Flight Opening Jump Door as
referred to in Schedule 4 hereto.

“Certificated” means certificated and approved for flight in Australia by
all relevant air regulation bodies including the Civil Aviation Safety
Authority (“CASA”).

The aircraft cabin shall be fitted with an air-conditioning system for
both the cockpit and cabin area.  The air-conditioning system shall be
capable of operation from a suitable Ground Power Unit.

The aircraft shall be fitted with curtains or blinds for all cabin windows.  
The cockpit shall be fitted with sun-screens, sun visors, map lights,
ceiling lights, adjustable panel lights, instrument lights, switch panel
