The aircraft shall be capable of normal cruise speed of at least 210 knots True Air Speed (TAS) at normal cruise power settings.
The aircraft shall be capable of operating from gravel or grass runways 600 metres in length.
The aircraft shall be fitted with the following exterior lights:

Two (2) strobe lights

Two (2) landing lights
.
Wing icing inspection light (LH)
.
Taxi light
.
Two (2) navigation lights
.
Tail light
.
Two (2) red flashing beacons
.
Recognition lights with Pulselite recognition
The aircraft shall be a Pilatus PC-12/47 with the Serial Number 772.
2.1.1 Airframe and cabin
The aircraft shall be fitted with a standard cargo door and must be
Certificated and approved for flight with a standard cargo door.
The aircraft shall be capable of being fitted with a Jump Door and shall
be Certificated and approved for flight with the Jump Door open.
SAPOL has the option to purchase an In-Flight Opening Jump Door as
referred to in Schedule 4 hereto.
“Certificated” means certificated and approved for flight in Australia by
all relevant air regulation bodies including the Civil Aviation Safety
Authority (“CASA”).
The aircraft cabin shall be fitted with an air-conditioning system for
both the cockpit and cabin area. The air-conditioning system shall be
capable of operation from a suitable Ground Power Unit.
The aircraft shall be fitted with curtains or blinds for all cabin windows.
The cockpit shall be fitted with sun-screens, sun visors, map lights,
ceiling lights, adjustable panel lights, instrument lights, switch panel
