SAPOL shall provide Government Furnished Information (GFI) within 30 days of Agreement Award, detailing the physical characteristics, electrical characteristics, and operating procedures of the equipment, in accordance with Agreement Schedule 3. 
SAPOL shall provide the equipment as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) no later than four (4) months after Agreement Award, in accordance with Agreement Schedule 3. 
2.2 Management
The individuals nominated in this Section 2.2 are listed as Key Personnel in Agreement Schedule 2 Annex Two.  If any of the Key Personnel, for whatever reason, are no longer involved in performance of the Agreement, then the Supplier shall nominate equally qualified replacement(s), and submit personnel details to SAPOL.  SAPOL will approve a Agreement Amendment to update Schedule 2 Annex Two, and will not unreasonably withhold such approval.
If there is any foreseen impact on Agreement performance or delivery as a result of any change in personnel, Supplier shall prepare and deliver a Agreement Impact Report detailing the cause, consequences, and proposed remedial action.
2.2.1 Program management
Supplier shall nominate a program manager who shall be the person responsible for ensuring the aircraft is delivered on schedule and in compliance with the Agreement.
2.2.2 Engineering management
Supplier shall nominate an engineering manager who shall be responsible for installation design of the mission equipment specified in Paragraph 2.1.9 and the GFE specified in 2.1.10.  The engineering manager shall be responsible for all aircraft certification and air-worthiness activity under the Agreement.
2.2.3 Production management
Supplier shall nominate an engineering production manager who shall be responsible for the factory production of the aircraft. 
2.2.4 Quality assurance
Supplier shall nominate a quality manager for the project.  The quality manager shall have direct and independent access to the company’s senior executive organisation, and shall be responsible for independent verification and validation of production quality assurance and air-worthiness certification.
2.3 Test and evaluation
2.3.1 Certification
Supplier shall provide copies of all applicable air-worthiness certificates for the aircraft on delivery, including all factory modifications and post-factory modifications installed on the aircraft.
The data shall be delivered as part of the Induction Data Deliverable, as detailed in Agreement Schedule 3.
2.4  Training
2.4.1  Training facilities
Supplier shall provide access to its Adelaide based training facilities; including but not limited to:

Electronic interactive ground-school for aircraft systems and avionics

.  
1:18 scale aircraft models

.  
Access to PC-12 aircraft for ground-school purposes.

Supplier shall facilitate access to SIMCOM United States simulator training schools on an as-required basis, subject to negotiation of rates and times.
