If the HUD fault code does not show, then there was an intermittent fault.
F. Fault Isolation Procedure
(1)
Open the circuit breakers on the Circuit Breaker List.
(2)
Disconnect the OHU to the Combiner harness connector D 3193.
(3)
Close the circuit breakers on the Circuit Breaker List.
(4)
If BRTCTL and ALIGN HUD displays continue to show, remove and replace the combiner.
(5)
Replace the HUD Combiner. These are the tasks: AMM TASK 34-36-04-000-801 AMM TASK 34-36-04-400-801
(6)
If the OHU 60/70 fault codes continue to show, remove and replace the OHU.

A. General
(1) You do the weather radar receiver/transmitter BITE test from the front panel of the weather radar receiver/transmitter.
NOTE: The TEST (left) switch on the front panel of the weather radar receiver/transmitter starts the weather radar BITE test.
