Make sure that the control column is in the neutral position and not restrained.

 E. Test Automatic Stabilizer Trim System

 (1)  
Use the MCDP ON/OFF switch to start the MCDP (located in E/E bay).

Make sure that the fail light in the ON/OFF switch goes off after approximately five seconds (Ref 22-00-02).

 (3)  
Make sure that the MCDP shows the message LAST FLT FAULTS?.

 (4)  
Push the GRD TEST switch and make sure that the GRD TEST mode is engaged.

 (5)  
Use the GRD TEST SEL UP and DOWN switches or the NO/SKIP switch to set the MCDP for test 65-STAB TRIM.
