D. Install the Valve.

(1)
Remove the covers from the openings and clean the mating surfaces of the valve, the new seal plates, and the assembly unit with hydraulic fluid. Do not let hydraulic fluid to get into the connector.

Install the valve and the new seal plate on the servo unit.

(3)
Install the mounting screws with grease.
(a) Tighten the screws to 60 inch-pounds.

(4) Put a lockwire on the mounting screws.
E. Test the ALCS Electrohydraulic Servovalve and Solenoid Valves

Supply electrical power (Ref 24-22-00).

(3) Pressurize the left, center, and right hydraulic systems (Ref 29-11-00).

1. General_______
A. The aileron Control Force Transducers (CFT) are on the pilot's (left) and the first officers (right) drum assembly. Get access to them through the access door, 113AL (Ref 06-41-00).
