 A. Job Set-up
 (1) Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
 (a) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
 (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002)


 (b) Do the EIS start procedure (Lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).

 


 B. Test

 

 (1) On the ECAM control panel:

 - push the WHEEL key to get the WHEEL page.

 (2) Do a check of the disagree between the TPIS value shown on the lower ECAM DU and the pressure gage value on the related tire (TPIS value less than or equal to 95 % pressure gage value) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-41-00-210-003).


 4. Fault Isolation
_______________
 A. If the test confirms the fault:
 - replace the related pressure transducer on the MLG (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-16-000-005) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-16-400-005) or on the NLG (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-15-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-15-400-001).
 (1) If the fault continues:

 - replace the DETECTOR UNIT-TPIS (2GV) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-34-400-001).

 (2) If the fault continues:


 - replace the related rotating mechanism on the MLG (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-18-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-18-400-001) or on the NLG (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-17-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-17-000-001).
 B. Do the test given in Para. 3.B.
 5. Close-up

 A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
 (1) On the ECAM control panel, set the LOWER DISPLAY potentiometer to OFF.

 (2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
 (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

 (b) Do the EIS start procedure (Lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).


 B. Test
 (1) On the ECAM control panel:

 - push the WHEEL key to get the WHEEL page.

 (2) Do a check of the disagree between the TPIS values shown on the lower ECAM DU and the pressure gage values on two wheels and more (TPIS value less than or equal to 95 % pressure gage value) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-41-00-210-003).

 


 4. Fault Isolation

 A. If the test confirms the fault:
 - replace the DETECTOR UNIT-TPIS (2GV) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-49-34-400-001).
 B. Do the test given in Para. 3.B.
 5. Close-up

 A. Put the aircraft back to its initial configuration.
 (1) On the ECAM control panel, set the LOWER DISPLAY potentiometer to OFF.

 (2) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
 (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

 Loss of the BUS2 Output Signal from the TPIU (Identified by the ECAM1 or 2)
 1. Possible Causes

 - DETECTOR UNIT-TPIS (2GV)

 - wiring from the TPIU (2GV) pins AB/2A, 2B to the first terminal block
