R (9) If the fault continues, do a check of the Yellow brake accumulator
R (2582GM):
R - put the parking brake control switch (73GG) in the OFF position.
R - operate the manual depressurization pushbutton of the relief-valve
R (3067GM) to release the accumulator pressure.
R - on the Yellow hydraulic system, depressurize the hydraulic
R reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
R - on the brake accumulator (2582GM) release the nitrogen pressure.
R - remove the ACCU-BRK YELLOW PRESS (2582GM) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-11-R 000-001).
R - in the accumulator, on the nitrogen side, do a check for hydraulic
R fluid (Ref. CMM 324411).
R (a) If there is hydraulic fluid:
R - replace the ACCU-BRK YELLOW PRESS (2582GM) .
R (b) If there is no hydraulic fluid:
R - replace the CHECK VALVE-BRK SYS, Y (3058GM).
R - install the Yellow brake accumulator (2582GM) (Ref. AMM TASK
R 32-44-11-400-001).
R - inflate the accumulator with nitrogen (Ref. AMM TASK 12-14-32-R 614-002).
R - on the parking brake selector valve (102GG), remove the plug at
R port C and connect the hydraulic park brake supply line.
R (10) Do a check of the ALT BRK MANIFOLD RH (2852GM):
R - disconnect the hydraulic line (supply line) at the T level between
R the PARK BRK SELECTOR VALVE (102GG) and the ALT BRK MANIFOLD LH
R (2853GM).
R - install a plug on the T fitting and on the ALT BRK MANIFOLD LH
R (2853GM) supply line to check only the right side of the system.
R - disconnect the hydraulic line at port C (return port) of the ALT
R BRK MANIFOLD (2852GM) .
R - install a plug on the disconnected hydraulic line.
R - On the Yellow hydraulic system, pressurize the hydraulic reservoir
R (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
R - use the Yellow electric pump to pressurize the Yellow brake
R accumulator (2582GM) to 206 bars (2988 psi) and stop the pump.
R - put the parking brake control switch (73GG) in the ON position.
R (a) If leakage is more than 0.25 cm3 /min:
R - replace the MANIFOLD-ALTN BRK, R (2852GM) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-R 32-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-32-400-001)
R - if leakage is in the permitted tolerances:
R - put the parking brake control switch (73GG) in the OFF
R position.
R - operate the manual depressurization pushbutton of the
R relief-valve (3067GM) to release the accumulator pressure.
R - on the Yellow hydraulic system, depressurize the hydraulic
R reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
R - Remove the plug on the T fitting and on the ALT BRK MANIFOLD LH
R (2853GM) supply line.

R - connect the ALT BRK MANIFOLD LH (2853GM) hydraulic line at the
R T level.
R - connect the hydraulic line at port C (return port) of the ALT
R BRK MANIFOLD LH (2853GM) .
R - On the Yellow hydraulic system, pressurize the hydraulic
R reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
R - use the Yellow electric pump to pressurize the Yellow brake
R accumulator (2582GM) to 206 bars (2988 psi) and stop the pump.
R - put the parking brake control switch (73GG) in the ON position.
R (11) If the fault continues:
R - replace the MANIFOLD-ALTN BRK, L (2853GM) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-32-
R 000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-32-400-001).
