Make sure that the water system is the depressurized before maintenance action (Ref. TASK 38-10-00-614-002).

Make sure that the potable water system is emptied before maintenance action (Ref. TASK 12-24-38-680-001).

(1) Put a warning notice in position to tell personnel not to fill or pressurize the potable water system.

(a) Use a chipless cutter and a deburring tool (Ref. Fig. 203/TASK 20-23-38-991-004, 207/TASK 20-23-38-991-005)
