Procedure to Install the Power Pack
(1)
Put the power pack (3) in position.

(2)
Install the bolts (1) and washers (2) (put one washer behind each bolt head) to attach the power pack to the structural support (Detail A).

CAUTION: INSTALL THE PLUGS QUICKLY IN THE HYDRAULIC LINES TO THE POWER
_______ PACK. THE POWER PACK IS CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO THE HYDRAULIC RESERVOIR. THE LEAKAGE OF TOO MUCH FLUID WILL OCCUR IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE PLUGS QUICKLY.

Make sure the pressure is removed from the left hydraulic system and hydraulic reservoir.

Check of the Power Pack for the Correct Installation

Pressurize the left hydraulic system (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

_______ THE DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE QUICKLY AND CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(3) Remove the door locks from the landing gear doors and close the doors (AMM 32-00-15/201).

CAUTION: DO NOT OPERATE THE ALTERNATE EXTENSION SYSTEM WITH THE DOOR
_______ LOCK INSTALLED ON THE NOSE LANDING GEAR. THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE POWER PACK FOR THE ALTERNATE EXTENSION SYSTEM.
(4) Do the operational test of the alternate extension system for the landing gear (AMM 32-35-00/501).
