(10) Measure and record the torque or tangential force to turn the control wheel to the positions below:
NOTE: The wheel must return to neutral position +/- 0.4 units
____ (2 degrees) when released from full travel (85 degrees). Either wheel can be used for these measurements, however wheel position and wheel torque or force must be measured on the same wheel.
(a)
Measure breakout torque at the point of first movement of the left aileron surface in reference to the outboard flap or adjacent wing structure.
(b)
Measure torque or force at each position while the wheel is moving slowly past the position toward higher wheel angles.
