 NOTE:____ When you adjust the aileron, move the aileron trailing edge
 from a lower position to a higher position.
 A straight edge can be used to measure this dimension.  Put
 the straight edge across the aileron inboard-trailing-edge
 top surface and the main flap outboard-trailing-edge top
 surface.  Measure the vertical distance between the control
 surfaces to find the neutral position.
