1) Make sure the inboard trailing edge of the aileron is aligned with the outboard trailing edge of the main flap (use a tolerance of +/- 0.06 inch (+/- 1.5 mm)).
(c) Tighten the control rod locknuts and do this check: 1) Make sure the aileron position does not change.

(b)
Make sure the ailerons move smoothly through their full travel range.
