NOTE: The AUTOBRAKE light and the AUTOBRAKE DISARM light are connected together in parallel. Successful test of system is indicated by both lights flashing.

Release the TEST switch on the front of the antiskid module.

After 5 seconds, lightly depress the right brake pedal. Verify that the AUTOBRAKE DISARM light illuminates steadily.

Check hydraulic connections to module for leaks.
(13)
Place the AUTOBRAKE selector switch to OFF position.
(14)
Reset parking brake.
(15)
Remove hydraulic system A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, 29-12-0)

Close AUTOBRAKE CONTR circuit breaker on P6-3.
(17)
Remove electrical power if no longer required.

AUTOBRAKE SHUTTLE VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. General
A. This procedure covers removal/installation of the four shuttle valves in the automatic braking system. System B (outboard wheel) shuttle valves are located in the upper forward outboard side of the respective wheel well. System A (inboard wheel) shuttle valves are located near the middle on the ceiling of the respective wheel well.
2. Equipment and Materials
A. Gear Ground Lock Assembly (Ref 32-00-01)
3. Prepare for Removal
A. Check that both landing gear are down and locked. Check that gear ground lock assembly is installed in nose gear (Ref 32-00-01).
B. Chock wheels and release parking brake.
C. Depressurize system A and B hydraulic systems (Ref 29-11-0, Maintenance Practices and 29-12-0, Maintenance Practices).
D. Discharge brake accumulators by operating brakes fully eight times.
4. Remove Shuttle Valve
A. Disconnect hydraulic lines from shuttle valve. Cap lines and plug ports. Catch fluid that drains out in a suitable container (Fig. 401).
B. Remove two bolts and washers securing valve to bracket. Remove valve.
C. Remove unions from valve ports for installation on replacement valve.

5. Install Shuttle Valve
A. Install unions in valve ports. Use new O-rings. (See figure 401.)
B. Install shuttle valve with two bolts and washers.
C. Connect hydraulic lines to unions.
D. Bleed brake hydraulic system. Refer to 32-41-0, Hydraulic Brake System - Maintenance Practices (Bleed Main Gear Brake System).

AUTOBRAKE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1. General
A. The following is a typical procedure, covering the removal/installation of autobrake hydraulic brake pedal pressure switches (S762 LH, S763 RH) and the autobrake system pressure switch (S764) in the main gear wheel well.
2. Equipment and Materials
A. Gear Ground Lock Assembly (Ref 32-00-01)
3. Prepare for Removal
A. Check that gear ground lock assembly is installed in main and nose gear (Ref 32-00-01).
B. Place chocks under wheels.
C. Provide electrical power.
D. Release parking brake.
E. Remove hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0 M/P, 29-12-0 M/P).
4. Remove Autobrake Hydraulic Pressure Switch (Fig. 401)
A. Disconnect and cap hydraulic line.
B. Disconnect electrical plug, cap plug and receptacle.
C. Remove switch by removing two attaching bolts.
5. Install Autobrake Hydraulic Pressure Switch (Fig. 401)
A. Secure switch with two attaching bolts.
B. Connect hydraulic line and electrical connector to switch.
C. Autobrake hydraulic pressure switch test.
