5. Autobrake Pressure Control Module Solenoid Shutoff Valve Removal/Installation (Fig. 201)
A. Remove solenoid shutoff valve.
(1)
Release parking brake.
(2)
Remove hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, Maintenance Practices, 29-12-0, Maintenance Practices).
(3)
Remove mounting screws and lift shutoff valve from module.
CAUTION: WHEN REMOVING SHUTOFF VALVE FROM MODULE, BE SURE VALVE IS KEPT PERPENDICULAR TO MODULE TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO CONNECTOR PINS.
(4)
Remove O-ring from valve connector. Cap connector and plug receptacle.
(5)
Remove seal plate from module.
CAUTION: WHEN REMOVING SHUTOFF VALVE AND SEAL PLATE, MAKE SURE THAT NO CONTAMINANTS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER ANY OPEN PORTS ON MODULE.
B. Install solenoid shutoff valve.
(1)
Install new O-ring on connector at base of shutoff valve.
(2)
Place a new seal plate over ports of module.
(3)
Position shutoff valve over seal plate and install four capscrews. Tighten capscrews 95 to 100 pound-inches.
(4)
Test control module.
(a)
Provide hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0), Maintenance Practices, and 29-12-0, Maintenance Practices).
(b)
Close following circuit breakers on P6 panel.
1) All antiskid system circuit breakers.
2) All landing gear system circuit breakers.
3) AUTOBRAKE CONTR.
4) AUTO SPEED BRAKE.
(c)
Place the TEST switch on the front of the antiskid module (E3-2 shelf) to the AUTOBRAKE position. Hold the test switch at AUTOBRAKE position thru step (i).
NOTE: If any of the below steps are not accomplished within the specified time limit, the system will disarm and the test must be restarted with this step.
(d)
Place the AUTOBRAKE selector switch at MIN position.
(e)
Within 15 seconds of the above step, place the automatic speed brake handle to the ARMED position.
(f)
Within 15 seconds of the above step, place the automatic speed brake handle to DOWN (stowed) position.
(g)
Within 15 seconds of the above step, advance both throttles forward to 13.5 degrees.
(h)
Within 15 seconds of the above step, retard both throttles aft to 8.5 degrees.
(i)
After a delay of 51 seconds from step (h) for the 10-61093-110 antiskid control unit or 57 seconds from step (h) for the 10-61093-111 antiskid control unit, verify that the AUTOBRAKE light on antiskid module and the AUTOBRAKE DISARM light on P2-2 panel are both flashing.
NOTE: The AUTOBRAKE light and the AUTOBRAKE DISARM light are connected together in parallel. Successful test of system is indicated by both lights flashing.
(j)
Release the TEST switch on the front of the antiskid module.
(k)
After 5 seconds, lightly depress the right brake pedal. Verify that the AUTOBRAKE selector switch to OFF position.
(l)
Check hydraulic connection to solenoid valve for leaks.
(m)
Place the AUTOBRAKE selector switch to OFF position.
(n)
Reset parking brake.
(o)
Remove hydraulic system A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, 29-12-0).

6. Autobrake Pressure Control Module Servo Valve Removal/Installation (Fig. 201)
A. Remove servo valve.
(1)
Release parking brake.
(2)
Remove hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, Maintenance Practices, 29-12-0, Maintenance Practices).
(3)
Disconnect electrical plug and remove wiring from control valve. Cap lug and receptacle.
(4)
Remove mounting screws and lift control valve from module.
(5)
Remove seal plate from module.
CAUTION: WHEN REMOVING CONTROL VALVE AND SEAL PLATE, MAKE SURE THAT NO CONTAMINANTS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER ANY OPEN PORTS ON MODULE.
