B.  Install control valve.
(1)  
Place a new seal plate over ports of control module.

(2)  
Position servo valve over seal plate and install four capscrews. Tighten capscrews 95 to 100 pound-inches.

(3)  
Connect electrical plug, lockwire, and install wiring to servo valve.

(4)  
Test control module per par. 5.B.(4).


7.  Autobrake Pressure Control Module Solenoid Shutoff Valve or Servo Valve Pressure Switch Removal/ Installation (Fig. 201)
A.  Remove pressure switch.
(1)  
Release parking brake.

(2)  
Remove hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, Maintenance Practices, 29-12-0, Maintenance Practices).

(3)  
Disconnect electrical plug and remove wiring from pressure switch. Cap plug and receptacle.

(4)  
Unscrew pressure switch and discard O-ring and backup rings. Cap port.


B.  Install pressure switch.
(1)  
Install new O-ring and backup rings on pressure switch. Lubricate O-ring and backup rings with BMS 3-11 hydraulic fluid upon installation.

(2)  
Screw pressure switch into module. Tighten switch 300 to 350 pound-inches.

(3)  
Test pressure switch.

(a)  
Check switch connector receptacle between pins 2 and 3 for continuity.

(b)  
Reinstall electrical plug and lockwire.

(c)  
Test control module per 5.B.(4).

 

(4)  
Provide hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, 29-12-0).

(5)  
Reset parking brake.

(6)  
Remove hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-09, 29-12-0).

(7)  
Close AUTOBRAKE CONTR circuit breaker on P6-3.

(8)  
Remove electrical power if no longer required.

AUTOBRAKE PRESSURE CONTROL MODULE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
1.  Equipment and Materials
A.  Gear Ground Lock Assembly - (Ref 32-00-01)
2.  Prepare for Removal
A.  Check that gear ground lock assembly is installed in main and nose gear (Ref 32-00-01)
B.  Place chocks under wheels.
C.  Provide electrical power.
D.  Open AUTOBRAKE CONTR circuit breaker on P6-3 panel.
E.  Release parking brake.
F.  Remove hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, Maintenance Practices, 29-12-0, Maintenance Practices).
3.  Remove Autobrake Pressure Control Module (Fig. 401)
A.  Disconnect hydraulic lines from module and cap.
B.  Disconnect electrical plugs connecting to module. Cap plugs and receptacles.
C.  Remove four attach bolts and remove module.
D.  If required for installation on replacement module, remove hydraulic fittings and discard O-rings and backup rings. Plug ports.
4.  Install Autobrake Pressure Control Module (Fig. 401)
A.  If required, install hydraulic fittings with new O-rings and backup rings in ports of module. Lubricate O-rings, backup rings, and fittings with BMS-3-11 hydraulic fluid.
B.  Secure module to mounting support with bolts and tighten bolts.
C.  Connect hydraulic lines and electrical connectors to module and lockwire as applicable.
D.  Test autobrake pressure control module.
(1)  
Provide hydraulic systems A and B power (Ref 29-11-0, Maintenance Practices, and  29-12-0, Maintenance Practices).

(2)  
Close following circuit breakers on P6 panel.

(a)  
All antiskid system circuit breakers.

(b)  
All landing gear system circuit breakers.

(c) 
 AUTOBRAKE CONTR.

(d)  
AUTO SPEED BRAKE.

 

(3)  
Place the TEST switch on the front of the antiskid module (E3-2 shelf) to the AUTOBRAKE position. Hold the test switch at AUTOBRAKE position thru step (9).

NOTE:  If any of the below steps are not accomplished within the specified time limit, the system will disarm and the test must be restarted with this step.

(4)  
Place the AUTOBRAKE selector switch at MIN position.

(5)  
Within 15 seconds of the above step, place the automatic speed brake handle to the ARMED position.

(6)  
Within 15 seconds of the above step, place the automatic speed brake handle to DOWN (stowed) position.

(7)  
Within 15 seconds of the above step, advance both throttles forward to 13.5 degrees.

(8)  
Within 15 seconds of the above step, retard both throttles aft to 8.5 degrees.

(9)  
After a delay of 51 seconds from step (8) for the 10-61093-110 antiskid control unit or 57 seconds from step (8) for the 10-61093-111 antiskid control unit, verify that the AUTOBRAKE light on antiskid module and the AUTOBRAKE DISARM light on P2-2 panel are both flashing.
