4. Fault Isolation

A. Do the procedure to get access to the CFDS SYSTEM REPORT/TEST menu PAGE (Ref. AMM TASK 38-31-00-740-001).
B. If the MCDU gives the maintenance message TOILET ASSY LAV X and On the FAP WATER/WASTE page the Blue Card shows the maintenance message NO WASTE QUANTITY AVAILABLE:
- Do the CIDS interface and power-up test (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-740-010).
(1) If no maintenance message shows on the FAP:
- No action is necessary.
(2) If the message still shows on the FAP:
- Go to the trouble shooting procedure on Page Block 101 for the correct action.
C. If the MCDU gives the maintenance message LIQD LVL XMTR (40MG) and On the FAP WATER/WASTE Page the Blue Card shows the message NO WASTE QUANTITY DATA AVAILABLE and On the FAP WATER/WASTE Page the List Box shows the message VACUUM SYSTEM DISABLE - WASTE TANK FULL:

D. If the MCDU gives the maintenance message LIQD LVL XMTR (40MG) AND LIQD LVL SNSR (41MG) and On the FAP WATER/WASTE Page the Blue Card shows the message NO WASTE QUANTITY DATA AVAILABLE and On the FAP WATER/WASTE Page the List Box shows the message VACUUM SYSTEM DISABLED - WASTE TANK FULL:
- Do the CIDS interface and power-up test (Ref. AMM TASK 23-73-00-740-010).
(1) If no maintenance messages show on the FAP:
- No action is necessary.
(2) If the messages still show on the FAP:
- Go to the trouble shooting procedure on Page Block 101 for the correct action.
E. Test
(1) Do the test as given in paragraph 3. A. to check the correct
operation of the system.
