Clean all of the ignition lead components with a lint-free cloth that is R moist with trichloroethylene (Material No. CP1008) or stoddard solvent R (Material No. CP2011) or acetone (Material No. CP1039) or ardrox 552 R (Material No. CP2559) or turco ind 79 (Material No. CP2560) or mag-chem R teksol (Material No. CP2566) or degreasol 99 R (Material No. CP2584) or R mag-chem skysol (Material No. CP2656) .
NOTE : The connector and all parts of the ignition lead must be clean.

C. Assemble the Ignition Lead CAUTION : DO NOT APPLY GREASE OR ANY LUBRICANT TO THE THREADS OF THE
_______ CONNECTOR ON THE IGNITION LEAD. GREASE AND LUBRICANTS WILL CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE IGNITION LEAD AND THE SPARK IGNITER.
(1) Install the new ceramic insulator sleeve (40) and ceramic insulator sleeve (40).
(2) Install the new retaining ring (20) and retaining ring (20). PRE SB 74-002

(3) Install the caged spring assembly (30) and caged spring assembly (30) to the ignition lead. Make sure that the large shoulder end of the caged spring assembly (30) is at the contact end of the ignition lead.
(4) Install the new white chamfered silicone seal (10) to the ignition lead. The small diameter collar of the white chamfered silicone seal
(10) must be put into the large collar of the caged spring assembly (30).

(5) Install the new blue symmetrical silicone seal (10) to the ignition lead.
