-loosen the two screws and remove the protective cover.

Push the line key adjacent to the INPUT STATUS indication
4.
Push the NEXT PAGE function key to get the INPUT STATUS page 2/6 to 6/6
5.
Push the line key adjacent to the RETURN indication
