R R R R R R R R R R R R  (a) FMGC inputs The IR portion is provided with two ARINC 429 low speed buses from the two ARINC 702 Flight Management and Guidance Computers (FMGCs). These buses transmit the following data words: - label 041: SET LATITUDE - label 042: SET LONGITUDE - label 043: SET MAGNETIC HEADING - label 256: FIELD ELEVATION - label 270: FMGC DISCRETES - label 271: ADR discrete word 2. These data words are used for initialization and BITE purposes, and barometric data setting.

This bus transmits the following data words: - label 041: SET LATITUDE - label 042: SET LONGITUDE - label 043: SET MAGNETIC HEADING - label 277: CDU TEST. These data words are used for initialization and BITE purposes.
