L2 Do not use speed brakes, because it is difficult to control the induced pitch moment with manual
pitch trim only.

L2 Due to loss of high speed protections.
L1MAN PITCH TRIM........................................................................................................................ USE
L2 Only manual trim is available for pitch control. To improve the longitudinal control of the aircraft it is
recommended to disconnect the autothrust.
L1MANEUVER WITH CARE
If the trim tank pump is operative:
IF CG AFT 32 %:
T TANK MODE................................................................................................................FWD
L2Note: Fuel consumption is increased by approximately 1 %.
