Install the control panel.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags, and close these circuit breakers on the P11 panel:
(a)
11R12, RAIN REPEL RIGHT
(b)
11R13, WSHLD WIPER LEFT
(c)
11R21, RAIN REPEL LEFT
(d)
11R22, WSHLD WIPER RIGHT

(3) Do a test of the control panel installation:
(a)
Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).
(b)
Use a water source to make the windshield wet.
CAUTION: DO NOT LET THE WIPERS OPERATE ON A DRY WINDSHIELD.

WINDSHIELD DAMAGE CAN OCCUR.
(c)
Turn the WIPER switch to the LOW position. 1) Make sure the two wipers operate correctly.
(d)
Turn the WIPER switch to the OFF position.
(e)
Remove the water source.
(f)
Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR/CONVERTER - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task is the removal of the windshield wiper motor/converter. The second task is the installation of the windshield wiper motor/converter.
B. This procedure refers to the windshield wiper motor/converter as the motor/converter.
C. Each motor/converter is installed forward of and below the windshield. Each motor/converter is a plug-type panel that installs into the outer airplane skin.
