Test of the Defueling System

(1)
Put the RH DEFUEL switch on the fueling control panel, P28, to the OPEN position (View B, Fig. 501).

Make sure the manual override handle on the right defueling valve actuator moves to the OPEN position (View A).
NOTE: Access to the right defueling valve actuator is through the
____ right shock strut door for the main landing gear.

Make sure the DEFUEL RH OPEN light on the P28 panel comes on (View B).

Put the RH DEFUEL switch to the CLOSE position.

Make sure the DEFUEL RH OPEN light goes off.
