(1)
Put a washer on each screw.
(2)
Put the screws through the actuator flange.
(3)
Put a second washer on each screw.

(4) S 864-012Move the manual override handle of the actuator to the CLOSED position.
(5) S 424-013Align the actuator with the bolts on the rear spar.
(6) S 214-026Make sure the teeth on the splined shaft of the actuator align with the shaft in the valve body.
(7) S 424-027Install the screws into the bolts.
(8) S 434-028Install the lockwire on the screws (AMM 20-10-23/401).
(9) S 434-014Attach the bonding jumper to the actuator below the electrical connector.

Make sure the bonding resistance between the APU fuel shutoff valve and the airplane structure is not more than 0.005 ohms (AMM 20-10-21/601).

Connect the electrical connector to the actuator.

Remove the door locks from the landing gear doors and close the doors (AMM 32-00-15/201).
