(1) Install the forward APU flame arrestor in the drain tubing between the coupling nut and the coupling body.

(2) S 434-048Install one retaining ring on the body ferrule and the other retaining ring on the nut ferrule.
(3) S 434-049Install two new O-rings, one on the body ferrule and one on the nut ferrule.
(4) S 434-050Connect the retainer halves.
(5) S 434-051Install the coupling nut on the coupling body.
(6) S 434-092Install lockwire on the coupling nut.
(7) S 414-052Install the floor panel (AMM 53-01-01/401).

A. The APU sump drain valve is found between the main wheel well doors and is installed on the keel beam.

Remove the APU Sump Drain Valve

(1) Make sure the downlocks are installed on the nose and main landing gear (AMM 32-00-20/201).

WARNING:_______OBEY THE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE FOR THE DOOR LOCKS. THE DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE QUICKLY. THE MOVEMENT OF THE DOORS CAN CAUSE INJURIES TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Open the doors for the landing gear and install the door locks (AMM 32-00-15/201).
