Get access to the actuator of the APU fuel shutoff valve on the rear spar of the center fuel tank.

Remove the electrical connector from the actuator.

Disconnect the bonding jumper from the actuator.

Put the manual override handle to the CLOSED position.

Remove the four screws and washers that attach the actuator to the rear spar.
