Procedure
S 864-007
(1)
Move the manual override handle of the actuator to the CLOSED position.
S 864-008
(2)
Align the actuator output shaft with the adapter shaft.
S 214-013
(3)
Make sure the two spaces for teeth on the adapter shaft align with the actuator output shaft.
S 424-014
(4)
Put the actuator output shaft into the adapter shaft.
NOTE: The mounting feet on the actuator should automatically align
____ with the mounting points on the adapter plate.

Install the four actuator mounting screws to attach the actuator to the adapter plate.
(6)
Install the lockwire on the actuator mounting screws.
